musicboxgirl has written me the awesomest holiday fic, that it features angst and magic realism and friendship and lasagna, and that if you're not reading it, you're definitely making the wrong life choices.
Also, I'm just now realizing that both of our fics contain couch grinding AND Chris as a romantically disappointed teacher! Great minds, et cetera! (That first sentence doesn't require a spoiler alert, does it? ...nah. Couch grinding isn't a plot point. It's a way of life.)
Also hilarious: the fact that the gabgswap kind of inadvertently turned into a mini-TrickC festival this year. I'm amused, anyway. (I swear,musicboxgirl, next year I'll write you any pairing you want!)
